We are looking for an intern for our Supply Chain area to support business as usual tasks and be part of a team with increasing scope and responsibilities over the business. Les missions
Your role will be:

Sales Planning
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to improve forecast accuracy and anticipate market and product trends
- Giving visibility of sales plan targets and of deviations vs plan
- Alerting on future stock outs or generation of overstock, and work internally with Supply Chain to mitigate these problems
- Close collaboration with central and regional merchandising teams, product managers and regional planners and Supply chain
- Work closely with Demand and Distribution to deliver end-to-end solutions

Demand planning
- Ensure sales plans are effectively integrated in demand plan and follow up on deliveries and stock efficiency in close collaboration with responsible members in Supply Chain
- Prepare Carry Over buy, monitor stock levels and solve potential stock issues
- Collaborate in Launching Deliveries Follow up (seasonal launchings): update files, participate in meetings and prepare minutes with key stakeholders
- Track and monitor Supply Chain Scorecard KPIs: Calculate and report on key KPIS such as On time delivery, On time production, Sales forecast accuracy, industrial leadtimes, stock coverage and sell through

S&OP and Inventory
- Support in preparing monthly S&OP managerial meeting that provides an end-to-end vision of the S&OP status cross-function (merchandising, finance, business planning, production and supply chain).
Votre profil
What you need for the role:
- Entry- Level experience (including internships) in Sales/ Demand Planning or Business Analyst in Luxury fashion and/or luxury will be definitively a plus
- Analytical capabilities and numeric aptitude are a must
- Good level of Microsoft office programs (mainly Power Point and Excel) is mandatory. Power BI will be a plus
- Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work
- Willingness to learn from others and high motivation towards facing new challenges
- Highly collaborative working style and empathy
- Well-organized, comfortable in working in fast paced environments
- High level of English is mandatory, other languages (French and Spanish) will definitively be a plus
