Within the Europe region, and under the responsibility of the Client Data Office team, which is in charge of a global project to harmonize customer databases worldwide, you will contribute to the development of the project as well as its dissemination and acceptance across various departments in Europe (marketing, training, CRM, e-commerce/digital, retail teams, etc.). Your role is to facilitate the adoption of the project by providing real support to the different teams in Europe that will be impacted by these changes.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL

Change Management :

  • Understand the existing ecosystem and the target ecosystem to effectively assess the upcoming changes and their business impacts.
  • Conduct a detailed analysis of these business impacts to prepare the affected teams and ensure a smooth transition. For example: analysis of front-end impacts on our tools, analysis of impacts on processes in-store/head office, etc.
  • Draft/design/adapt training materials for the European teams to train them in the best possible way.
  • Develop a communication/training strategy and an effective timeline based on the project launch schedule.
  • Participate in/organize/support training phases for the teams.

Project Management :

  • Provide regular follow-up and daily operational support to the project team.
  • Communicate regularly with the European community (different audiences: marketing, legal, training, retail, etc.) to inform and discuss business decisions made at the global level on the project.
  • Collaborate closely with our counterparts in other regions/divisions to benefit from each other’s experience.
  • Work closely with our European IT counterparts to ensure that the business needs expressed by the team are feasible and technically considered.
  • Participate in the end-to-end business testing phases to verify and validate that the requested business features are fully functional and that the data is processed correctly (DQM/MDM).

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Graduate (Master's degree) from a business school with an interest in data, with at least one successful experience in customer marketing, project management, or change management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to persuade stakeholders.
  • Curious and responsive profile with strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as significant adaptability to work on various topics (legal, CRM, Clienteling, Data/IT, Digital/Retail, etc.) and with a broad international audience.
  • Recognized skills in organization and project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in French & English required.
  • Retail experience in the luxury sector is a plus.

This job is to be filled on a fixed-term contract from mid-January to early July (maternity leave replacement).
