
STAGE - TALENT DEVELOPMENT INTERN - PARIS

We are currently seeking a Talent Development Intern to join our team in Kering Group Human Resources department from July 2025 (6 months).
Your opportunity
As part of our Talent Development team, you will work closely with the Global Talent Development manager on key processes (Performance, Talent Reviews) which contribute to create a Talent-first organization within Kering Group, through concrete actions.
How you will contribute
with the support and guidance of your Manager:
Group Talent Review
Contribute to guideline/learning materials preparation and ensure they are understood by all stakeholders
Consolidate quantitative and qualitative insights from Kering Houses
Create the supporting documentation for Talent Review meetings
Guide stakeholders in using our tools if need be
Prepare relevant analysis – macro and micro, to help identify achievements and key areas of improvement
Synthetize key learnings in clear presentations, adapted to the level of the audience (Talent community, Senior Management…)
Build robust monitoring tools to ensure actions are taken in due time to foster Talent development and support in following up with relevant players
Collaborate with different stakeholders (HRIS, Talent Partners, external providers)
Performance Reviews
Support in creating materials to facilitate trainings and workshops with Houses contributors
Contribute to guidelines preparation and ensure they are understood by all stakeholders
Consolidate data and provide regular feedback on status by House
Support Houses in use of our systems and tools to ensure maximum quality in execution
Prepare regular meetings with Houses (materials, logistics…)
Prepare relevant analysis/return on experience to identify key areas of development
Synthetise key learnings in clear presentations, adapted to the level of the audience (Talent community, CPOs, COMEX…)
Adhoc projects
Support Talent-related projects through
High quality data and qualitative analysis
Clear presentations
Meeting facilitation
Who you are
Student in Master Degree (Business school, Engineering school or university graduate master’s degree)
Fluent English (must have); French is a plus
Strong data analysis skills, with track record in handling large sets of data in excel (data checking, cleaning, analysis and storytelling)
Strong analytical skills, able to take a step back and identify the key messages standing out from qualitative and quantitative analysis
Detail orientation and rigor
Strong organization and planning skills
Proactive attitude, curiosity and eagerness to learn
Autonomy and drive
Interest in Talent Development topics
High level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Those skills will be tested through an on-site assessment.
