STAGE - GIFTING DEVELOPMENT INTERN – APRIL 2025 (F/M) - PARIS

Votre opportunité  

You will report to the gifting and activation creative project manager and contribute to the development of gifting and in-store activations.

Votre contribution

Support the team in the day-to-day definition and development of Balenciaga VIC gifting and retail animations :

• Assist the team with gifting developments
• Take care of sorting and organizing all documentations received from suppliers (tech files, samples, planning and offers…)
• Review suppliers’ offer and prepare analysis
• Check samples and prepare feedback
• Ensure all presentations are up to date with key infos
• Organize and archive all development samples
• Work closely with clienteling department to ensure shared resources are up to date.
• Prepare guideline for WW gifting roll out

Competition Study

• Analyse competitors gifting, retail activation and innovations
• Deep dive on agencies benchmarks and trends
• Support for key meetings
• Ensure presentations are up to date for top management review (visuals, key facts, planning…)
• Operational supports for key meetings (samples shipment and other)

Vous êtes

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
• Previous professional experience in development and/or gifting related positions will be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English, with French and/or  Italian as a plus.
