Your opportuniy

As part of the E-Business Projects & Operations team within the eBusiness department, you will actively contribute to the development of the eCommerce Projects & Operations team.

In a dynamic and creative environment with an agile work process, you will:

• Support content contributions for projects across various Balenciaga websites.
• Continuously benchmark best practices for luxury eCommerce websites and provide recommendations.
• Report production bugs and ensure follow-up on their resolution.
• Monitor open client preorders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Submit and follow up on translations of new features with external agencies and regional teams.
• Provide recommendations for A/B testing, participate in setup, and assist with UATs (User Acceptance Testing).
• Collaborate with internal teams (E-Merchandising, Omnichannel, Products, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Assist with monthly test orders to evaluate the entire user journey (browsing, order placement, delivery, and returns).
• Participate in the development and launch of eCommerce projects.
• Support Client Services teams across various regions.
• Liaise with regional eCommerce teams, warehouses, and Kering.
