Are you a good match?

You have proven experience in defining and implementing a Media & Digital strategy for a Company, in a Retail environment and/or the Luxury industry.

You have acquired a solid knowledge & understanding of the current Media landscape and Digital environment, as well as of their future development opportunities.

You are recognized for your ability to develop effective collaboration based on trust with your stakeholders, which facilitates the achievement of strategic objectives for the business.

You are able to align the daily priorities of your department with the strategy of the Maison and act as an Ambassador of this Maison at all times.

You have a previous significative experience with team management, including the ability to supervise, motivate & develop a small to medium-sized team of professionals.

You have the ability to travel occasionally to the markets within the Europe Region.
 

What are we expecting from you?   

The role is based in Paris, within the regional team in charge of Europe and reporting directly to the Marketing & Communication Director Europe-CIS.

For the whole Europe Region, you define the Media & Digital strategy for the Maison and ensure its implementation across all markets in scope, either by the local media teams (5 markets) or by the regional media team (4 markets).

You directly manage the Regional Media & Digital team (3 Project Managers) and coordinate the Media & Digital community across markets (7 Project Managers).
