Transformation Office team at Digital Europe is responsible for internal digital community upskilling and provides a very large range of blended solutions through its Digital Academy: from regular acculturation webinars for all, to one-to-one expert sessions, including training days for communities of practice. By design, the team is a facilitator: team rituals and ways of working are transformation enablers we seriously consider and animate. On top, we do organize, coordinate and animate innovation tours and a yearly internal event aimed at empowering the whole digital community at Chanel Europe.

 

WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL  

 As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will manage the Digital Academy learning contents as a product, coordinate all the projects lead by Transformation Office at Digital Europe.  

 

Digital Execution

  • Blended Learning: Oversee the deployment of training programs combining e-learning, training days, and mentoring. Manage timelines, validate content, organize live & online sessions, and collaborate with partners.  

(KPI: participant satisfaction, number of trainings completed and associated hours)  

  • Digital Europe Newsletter: Train and guide an intern to produce an engaging and impactful newsletter for a wide internal audience.  

(KPI: open rate, click-through rate, audience reach)  

  • Digital Tools: Leverage key platforms like Monday.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, PlayPlay, Klaxoon, and Microsoft 365 Suite. 

 

Digital Advisory 

  • Digital Series Webinars: Organize and host inspiring sessions, select speakers, manage replay distribution, and enhance participant experience.  

(KPI: number of participants, satisfaction)  

  • Internal Events: Drive the Digital Summit and key gatherings: coordinate workshops, brief speakers, manage registrations, and oversee logistics.  

(KPI: participation rate, perceived content quality, event NPS)  

  • Community Engagement: Promote our digital initiatives and foster adoption within local and regional teams. 

(KPI: digital tools and practices adoption rate)  

 

Digital Innovation 

  • Trends & Best Practices: Share insights and support the adoption of new tools and approaches.
