ALTERNANCE - GROUP TALENT ACQUISITION APPRENTICE - PARIS

We are currently seeking a Group Talent Acquisition Apprentice to join our dynamic team based in Paris for a 1-year contract.

How you will contribute

Support the Group Talent Acquisition team in developing compelling communication campaigns and assets, including invitations, posters, social media posts, videos, emails, and more, for both internal and external audiences, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement

Collaborate with the team to organize and coordinate successful campus events, including in-person career days, online initiatives, and post-event follow-ups. You will also support the team with managing exploratory interviews with students during the campus career days, fostering meaningful connections and building relationships.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders to promote Kering's attractiveness to top talent

Contribute to internal projects focused on enhancing the candidate experience and creating a positive and engaging journey

Who you are

Passionate about people and eager to learn about Talent Acquisition

Highly communicative, with experience in developing engaging and impactful communication materials

A creative problem solver, with a blend of creative thinking and hands-on skills, able to translate ideas into catchy presentations and messages

Team player, proactive, curious, cooperative, and thrive in a collaborative environment

Flexible, responsive and able to handle last-minute changes

Organized on your daily activities, used to follow up, with a high attention to details and a “never give up” approach

Technically savvy, confident with PowerPoint, Excel and graphic design tools

Fluent in both English and French, both on written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus
