Your opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global HR Development team as an Assistant / Apprentice. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to gain practical experience in the field of Human Resources, specifically in the development and training of employees with a worldwide exposure. You will be working closely with experienced HR professionals, contributing to the design and implementation of HR Development initiatives, related to: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity, Reporting. This is a 2 years’ apprentice contract.

How you will contribute

Contribute to the design, implementation and change management of local and global initiatives linked to HR development.

Employees Onboarding

  • Maintain and improve the global onboarding deck
  • Support continuous improvement actions, aligned with group policy

Learning and Development

  • Assist with the development and implementation of training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives
  • Support the creation and distribution of learning materials, training manuals, and resources.
  • Research and recommend new learning tools and resources
  • Support the logistics of training events, including scheduling, catering, room booking, and participant registration

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing in-house workshops, development programs, and other initiatives that enhance employee skills and sense of belonging.
  • Propose content for the intranet to animate the WW community
  • Support the back office and analysis of the yearly employee engagement survey and feedback areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to engage and animate the interns and apprentices community

Inclusion & Diversity

  • Support the implementation of company-wide I&D policies and procedures at a worldwide level.
  • Help organize and facilitate I&D events and workshops.
  • Be the coordinator for Balenciaga volunteer program (draw up internal communication plans, follow up with the regions, seek out new associations)
