We are currently seeking a Group Inclusion & Diversity Support Officer (Apprenticeship) to join our Group Inclusion & Diversity team.
Your opportunity
You will be at the heart of a global luxury group with a genuine commitment to an inclusive culture. You will assist the Group Inclusion and Diversity Specialist in the implementation of the Inclusion and Diversity Roadmap. You will be involved in the implementation of the strategy in our regions, reinforcing the sense of belonging to the Group among all our employees.
How you will contribute
Participate in data collection and analysis, critical for driving our priorities in line with the Inclusion and Diversity strategy and policy at Kering
Create PowerPoint presentations and easy-to-use Excel documents
Proofread and adjust documents (guides, presentations, training materials...)
Support the organization of meetings, webinars, and events
Contribute to the creation of internal and external communication content
Who you are
Basic knowledge on project management, with an ability to work on short deadlines and multiple deliverables
Ability to create engaging presentations in PowerPoint and easy-to-use Excel documents
Ability to analyze basic data in Excel (Pivot, V search function…)
Willing to work in a collaborative way with colleagues across regions and Houses
Ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (Houses’ stakeholders, HR teams...)
Interest in inclusion and diversity topics
Fluent in English as most of your tasks & meeting will be in that language (French / Italian skills not required but would be an asset)
Digital savviness an asset
