The Labor Day Bag is an iconic piece of workwear wardrobe. An iconic tote bag, a nod to the famous bag used by newspaper deliverymen in the United States in the early 20th century, this bag is one of the major pieces in the new collection. Bleu de Chauffe revisits this archetypal workwear wardrobe by reinforcing its structure with quality-weight canvas and adding a touch of style thanks to distinct handles, accompanied by BLEU DE CHAUFFE screen printing.
Chic and indispensable for everyday use, this large tote is also our very first vegan bag. Its distinctive feature is its GOTS-certified 100% organic cotton canvas, which is as strong as canvas and coated with a natural wax.
The Labor day bag is compatible with the Misha or Milan laptop sleeve thanks to its SNAP system and can be transformed into a business bag.

CERTIFICATION GOTS / AGRICULTURE ORGANIC
The fabric of the Labor Day tote is made from GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton. The fabrics are produced to strict standards: pesticide-free, with natural plant-based solutions, no GMOs, rotation of cultivated soils, and safe working conditions.

WATER RESISTANCE
Labor Day tote cloths are reinforced and waterproofed using a vegetable-based coating process, to avoid the use of pesticides and other polluting products. This water-repellent process ensures effective protection against the rain.

MADE IN FRANCE
The Labor Day Bag is the expression of precious, exacting local know-how. Each one is made in our workshop in Saint-Georges de Luzençon, France.
