ROLE
Your role will be to drive and implement Client Engagement activities in the region, supporting a customer centric culture within the retail network. This role will support the EMEA client team in reports and handle stores’ periodical requests.
MISSION
- Support Client Development team in generating recurring weekly and monthly reports
- Handle stores’ periodical requests such as clients’ re-assignment and data cleansing
- Support Client Development team to prepare lists of clients for outreach campaign
- Support the EMEA Client team to prepare presentation (guidelines for outreach, gifting, etc. for retail team)
- Support EMEA Client team for ad hoc projects when necessary
PROFILE
- You are currently in a Master's program and are looking for an internship at the end of your studies.
- Excellent skills for Excel and other Office Software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Articulate and precise in communication
- Prior experience in CRM system and statistical tools will be an advantage
