THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE
Within the General Omnichannel Direction, you will join the International Omnichannel Department, and more specifically the indirect retail team which is in charge of e-Retail, e-Concession and e-Travel Retail sites around the world. Its role is to define Brand identity and guidelines for indirect e-Commerce and to design the strategy for product launches & animations in collaboration with regions / local markets.
Job responsibilities
IN THE GLOBAL E-CONCESSION TEAM, YOUR ROLE WILL BE:
Lead on market intelligence analysis & reporting
- Systematically work on online business reporting (weekly, quarterly report), assist to translate performance into business insight and learnings
- Lead on key campaign postmortem analysis (eg, Chinese New Year, D11), monitor digital campaign orchestration, paid media, novelty launch activity etc through key e-concession platforms (Tmall, Kakao, Douyin, JD)
- Monitor beauty industry trends and conduct ad-hoc analysis
Assist to manage brand boutique and digital campaign on e-Concession platforms in collaboration with markets, to drive best-in-class awareness and online conversion, with a cross-regional scope and focus mainly on Asian consumers.
- Participate the creation of e-concession novelty launch campaign guideline (landing page, product page, etc)
- Support e-concession manager on digital asset/campaign validation
- Assist on developing immersive & innovative experience, test & learn initiatives in collaboration with agencies & internal teams across functions and regions (marketing, data, CRM, etc)
Profile
- You are pursuing a Master degree in a Business school or equivalent.
- You have a previous experience in E-business (e-retail, e-commerce or social commerce), prior internship in digital consulting is appreciated.
- You have a good understanding in best practices of luxury brands in Asian digital ecosystem especially Tmall and JD, the social media platforms (Line, KAKAO, Weibo, RED, Douyin etc.) and in international social media apps (Instagram, Facebook and more)
- You are a master in EXCEL and PPT, passionate with data mining
- You are familiar with global digital innovation, programmatic, SEM, and interested in beauty trends
- You are native in Chinese, and fluent in both French and English.
