We are looking for a VM Manager for the EMEA region, based in Paris.

YOUR MISSION
Operational
- Embrace the role of in-store VM leader, orchestrating store zoning, product rotations, and displays to boost sales and maintain global VM guidelines.
- Foster a vibrant VM community by actively participating in Workplace, our communication platform, and cultivating a culture of excellence
- Uphold the VM culture within the organization through training and dissemination of visual merchandising expertise.
- Identify key VM talents, coach, support and train our store VM ambassadors.
Strategic
- Collaborate closely with the Global VM and Architecture teams to ensure seamless execution of the global visual merchandising strategy.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to the Global VM team, acting as the region's key informant on window changes, product launches, best practices, and more.
- Partner with the Global VM and Store Design teams to foresee VM needs for upcoming retail projects (instore-delivery, renovations, openings, extensions, pop-ups…) ensuring seamless execution.
- Spearhead the regional VM budget, overseeing everything from window ordering and installations to props coordination.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure local visual requirements are met.
- Manage seasonal campaign assets, from printing to in-store installation, leaving an indelible mark on the retail landscape.
- Support various visual activities including Events, Press days, Pop-up stores, and Showroom setups.
- Stay ahead of market trends through comprehensive competition surveys, positioning our brand at the forefront of innovation.
Votre profil
- Experienced Visual Merchandiser with a proven background within both a creative and a strategic visual role with 5 to 10 years of VM experience
- Adept in multiple VM projects such as window programs, in store imagery, seasonal store launches, press showrooms, store openings
- Experienced people manager, capable of nurturing and guiding a community of 25-30 store VM ambassadors.
- Agile and detail-oriented, impeccable organizational and communication skill
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region, including Northern Europe, Southern Europe, and the Middle East.
- Proficiency in English, French is a plus.
